Yes, my outfit (skirt and shirt) cost me $6. The boots were bought before I became more knowledgeable. But I am so proud of myself for learning how to thrift shop!! Wooo Hoo!! No, you dont have to spend a Million bucks to look like one. I am having such a bad hair day - I think I may go get it done for sure today :) Maybe.
