THE WORLD IS MY RUNWAY AND THE GYM IS MY THERAPY!
Also, as of today (10/16/14) I decided to share with you (on
my blog) my workout regiments and the healthy foods that I eat! The gym has been a part of my life for about
8 years. But while I did go to the gym
almost every day, I never took it to the level where I am today. Today I watch what I eat (clean/healthy eating)
and I know how to train my body. I have
developed this love for training over the years and it has become a part of
me. Something that is constantly on my
mind. Sometimes it’s overwhelming, but I
just take a deep breath and think of why I started this journey…because I love
my body and want to be healthy and stay fit.
While I never struggled with my weight (thanks to my parents’ gene), I
knew that I love a body that looked fit and healthy. I just looked skinny all the time with the occasional
chubby cheeks. And I surely don’t mind a
little muscle here and there. Now,
instead of looking skinny, I look and feel fit and I love. This is not a diet, but a lifestyle for
