TONING! If you follow me on FB, the you know that this has been something I've been trying to work on for about 6 years -- with very little to no progress. So every once in a while, I get to a point when all I want to do is eat healthy, go to the gym and work on my problem areas. Then I get to a point where I just give up. Well, today, I took these pics at the gym of what I currently look like! I will then post them monthly, or as I see fit to show my progress or regress. This will be huge because 1) I am very shy when it comes to exposing too much of myself; 2) I am not so proud of how much my body has changed after having 3 kids; and 3) I am letting you see me without my shield (my clothes), rather, me in my gym clothes which shows every single bulge, curve (if any) and lumps (there's tons).
Also, I will post this one pic here (on my blog) today, but the updates will only be posted on my FB Page – so if you are not a fan just yet, do so now so you can see my progress or regress regarding this.
