Healthy Kick

One thing I miss about FB is my workout page.  It served as a great motivator for me and others.  So, for me to not totally lose the motivation that I had, I am going to dedicate one day of the week for healthy kicks only!  Sorry for those that dont like it.  You can skip my blog on those days :) Muah!

  4. Thanks for the inspiration and for sharing this amazing post. I do need to apply to myself that not everyday is a cheating day so I need to switch it back to Sunday's. LOL. Como Dominicana alfin after my lunch se me antoja algo dulce and I need to stop that LOL.
