Leg Day

Good Morning All - I think today is Wednesday....but all I can remember is that yesterday was leg day.  I dont even know how I got up and walked to the bathroom or even my car this morning.  I had a few bags to bring down to the car, and you what I did?...made sure it was clear and threw those suckers down the stairs.  If you haven't trained legs really good, you have no clue what I am talking about...but I think its something everyone should experience :)
