Find a Friend
Working out alone can be a drag if you are just staring off
or if you are low on motivation. But if
you find someone that can workout with you, you will be surprised how much that
pushes you and how much you will be motivated to keep going.
Remember to take a pic so that you can see your progress
along the way. Keeping a diary of what
you eat and your body image is a great way to see if you need to make
adjustments in your diet and your exercise routine.
Even training someone is very motivating to me. So today I trained 2 co-workers. Its exciting to see when others take an
interest in this crazy world of fitness.
