Cropped Sweatshirt

How cold are you today? Brrrrrrr! I got up at 5am to go to the gym and I almost froze.  I wanted to turn right back around and get in the bed.  But you know what, nothing will work unless you do.  You have to push yourself more than you push others.  Its easy to motivate others but when it comes to ourselves, its like having an anchor tied to your ankles.  Continue to push and continue to put yourself first.  Love your body and respect it by taking the best care you can.  After all, you only have one!

I've been slacking, once again! What can I say.  It's that kind of year/months/weeks/days for me :(  I took my kids shopping and came home with a pair of converse for myself :)
