#HEALTHY #EATING!
Good morning loves.
Lets talk about healthy eating. When it comes to #fitness and trying to #transform
your #body, the #gym is all good and dandy, but in case you didn’t already
know, cleaning eating makes 80% of the #progress you are going to make. The Gym comes in at 20%.
Eating clean doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, the simpler you make it, the
better. For instance, in the Spanish culture,
we use allot of seasonings, etc. which contains allot of salt. Salt isn’t necessarily bad for you, but all
in moderation. So when you cook things
simple with just a bit a salt and pepper, you would be surprised that things don’t
actually taste bad at all. And #healthy
eating DOES NOT HAVE TO BE #SALAD all the time.
This is something that I have noticed that discourages people. They think that they have to eat salad and
that’s it. NO! Below are some foods you can prepare…all very
simple to make. And please google. There is a world of information out there…lol
